1. Buyer sends ICPO and Bank

2. Seller sends FCO
3. Buyers signs FCO and Seller sends
the contract
4. Seller and buyer sign contract.
5. Buyer send draft LC before
visiting site.
6. Upon confirmation, buyer make LC
ussance operative.
